A really cool park

There is a park here that we love to go to. It was designed by engineers so it has a lot of fun and different things in it, like a chair that keeps spinning and spinning if you sit in it just right, and a big circle that you try to run around and keep your balance on (it reminds me on the Travelator from Gladiators). We went there last week and they have a new addition there. this fountain:


It's the Julie Penrose fountain (I don't know who she is but she has some hospitals named after her, so she's famous). The kiddos had so much fun splasing around and getting wet. Well, almost all the kids had fun (see pictures below).

B had the most fun getting wet. He just ran around and around the fountain, minding his own business, and stomping in the water.

J, the one on the right, spent the whole time running around kicking water at everyone else. He got pretty soaked, but his brother was wet from head to toe when we finished.

The only one who didn't have a good time was Baby Girl who screamed when we put her in the water and would actually curl her toes up so they wouldn't get in the water. This will be a fun place to come and cool off during the summer.
